Financial Memo is a personal-use budgeting application. Access to the private app is restricted to its owner; the public website does not display or expose budget information.

Information processed

• Account identity supplied by the private sign-in service.
• Budget, account, category, transaction, target, and note information entered by the owner.

No messaging platform

Financial Memo previously accepted budgeting messages through WhatsApp. That integration has been removed: the phone number, its stored hash, message records, and unconfirmed drafts were all deleted along with it, and no message is sent or received any more. The same plain-language entry now runs inside the application itself.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate the owner's budget, synchronise authorised changes, and prevent duplicate processing. Financial Memo does not sell personal information, serve advertising, or build marketing profiles.

Service providers

The application uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and identity, and Cloudflare infrastructure for application storage and delivery. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments. No other processor receives budget information.

Retention and deletion

The owner controls the stored budget. Budget backups can be deleted, and complete removal can be requested through the account controls available in the private application.

Security

Financial Memo uses owner-only access, request limits, and an explicit confirmation before any parsed entry changes financial records.
